SE Free is a safe space for you and the people you care about! It is our priority to ensure that volunteers working with children, youth, seniors, or vulnerable adults are screened and have attended our Plan to Protect training as a requirement. If you are volunteer who requires Plan to Protect training, please:

1) Complete the Plan to Protect application form before the Oct 4th deadline
2) Provide 3 references
3) Attend the Plan to Protect training session on Oct 25

Please note: this training is intended for those who genuinely plan to serve at SCCEFC. We ask that it not be taken for other purposes. This training is intended for those who have never taken Plan to Protect training at SCCEFC before. Please note:

• The Plan to Protect application form and corresponding reference letters MUST be filled out and submitted by OCT 4 2026 PRIOR to attend the Oct 25th training. We unfortunately do not accept walk-ins.

• Training will be conducted in English and for those who reside in Calgary for over a year and who have attended South Calgary Chinese Evangelical Free Church for at least 6 months.
