How to Start A Life Group?

Whether you are a young adult at a university or a parent wondering what it takes to start a life group in our congregation, we are glad you are asking this question! Life groups are one of the essential fellowship ministries in our church, and we strive to help build healthy groups and leaders.

Life Group Leader Handbook

Before we get started, our church does have expectations and commitments from our life group leaders. These commitments list the roles, requirements, and responsibilities of our life group leaders and help us align with our church’s statement of beliefs and mission. This document is read and signed by every leader before their new group is formed.

ALG Leader’s Orientations

We want to help every ALG leader to lead well and start their group equipped with intentionality. Our half-day leader’s orientation is designed to help our leaders and interested members to get started and aligned in the same direction.
* All ALG leaders are required to attend an orientation session.
